Nas fotos, o Batman surge na Batmoto, mas não se tratando do ator Robert Pattinson, e sim um dublê.
O elenco tem no seguinte momento em sua formação, Robert Pattinson (Bruce Wayne / Batman), Zoe Kravitz (Selina Kyle / Mulher-Gato), Paul Dano (Edward Nygma / Charada), Jeffrey Wright (James Gordon), Andy Serkis (Alfred Pennyworth), John Turturro (Carmine Falcone) e Peter Sarsgaard. Matt Reeves, conhecido pela trilogia "Planeta dos Macacos", fica encarregado do roteiro e direção.
